  • Cancellation policy – 35% of travelers filter for a flexible cancellation policy  and properties that move to a more relaxed policy (Moderate or Relaxed) see: 
    • 30% increase in net booked value per year 
    • 10% higher conversion rate 
    • 3X as many listing views 
    • 2X as many page clicks 
  • Enable the exact location/map pin – without exact location on: 
    • Properties may be excluded in neighborhood searches 
    • Attractions may appear further away 
    • Properties could populate on main roads or in the water 
  • Use Location Type – this is a top used traveler filter so choose as many as applicable to show up in search results.  This includes: 
    • Waterfront
